The staff that works with the actual towing services, great humans, the front desk staff? The most rude people I have ever witnessed at any workplace setting. BOTH of the staff members didn't even bother to initiate conversation so I can just get my car! I understand they deal with people who are stressed out, and I know their jobs are probably very stressful. Was I rude when told about the cash only fee and to "call back in an hour" even though my car was MIA for 5 hours?! Yes! I had my car towed, and before my tow could get there, the city towed it. 5 hours go by and then still had no word of where my car was? Not to mention the "cash only" imbound fee. I now have $20 to my name and don't have enough money for bills next week. But oh, if you want it towed out of their imbound lot, it can be a card. Good! Because I didnt have any more cash to give you! What a scam!!!

On the evening of November 22nd they illegally came into my apartments parking spaces and illegally towed my vehicle. When asking them about it, they stated the reasoning was because of the permit in the wrong place. I would like to mention they were not contracted by our apartment complex to come in and tow vehicles. When asking if they could have someone show that I we were in the wrong and that the permit was in the wrong place, your receptionist stated that she is the only one there and no one can help. If I want to see the vehicle and see where my permit is, I will have to pay $450 for illegally towing my vehicle. After scrambling around and getting the money, I couldn't help but notice there was quite a few workers around that could have easily noticed that my permit was in the windshield and they illegally went into our apartment complex and towed my vehicle. Said they were sorry for the accidental tow but would not do anything to make the situation right.
