Great place! Very convenient with a huge selection. Its clear they have extensive experience with the products they sell. I was able to get the correct trailer seals in minutes. They were greasy and beat up with no visible numbers. A quick measurement and they had me on the road in no time. Ill definitely be back for any maintenance parts I need. Great job everyone!

Napa tools with life time warranty have no warranty here. Thwy say that have to eat it. So now I gotta eat it for buying there tools. They do not honor warranty’s at this store .. idk what kinda Napa theses people call them selfs but I’ll never be back. I also happen to know that they send it back clow so they will not eat it. They just use it as an excuse

Bought a battery for my truck at Napa in Bemidji and they were too busy to install at the time and said I would have no problem returning the core to a different Napa. Aitkin Napa said they would only give me $6 because I did not buy it through them when they're still getting paid $18.99 for the core. I went to a different napa and they accepted the core no problem for the full price. you would think if independently-owned you would have a little pride and try to earm a local person business but they could care less This isn't the first time they wouldn't take an item that other stores would. It will never happen to me again because I will never go back to them!
