Called them for an estimate after my wife was rear ended. Jim came to my work to take the photos and I had the estimate the following morning. We're still waiting for the other driver's insurance company to get back to us, but getting the estimate was super smooth and fast. My wife and I certainly appreciated the swift response time and how easy it was to work with Jim. Highly recommend Wallace Auto! :)

My wife took some wheels and tires in for me to be mounted and balanced. Reasonable price and seemed like good service. After I mounted them on my truck and drove on them they were horrible. Like riding a lawnmower in the yard. Took them to another shop to have them checked and rebalanced, and they were astonished at how out of balance they were. After my wife called back they basically told her since I didn’t bring them back to them, it wasn’t their problem. Why would I bring them back if they didn’t do it right the first time? They were extremely rude to her when she called and informed them of the issues. Will not be back.
