I hope you never have to junk your car, but if you do- I have to say Stephen, the owner, blew the local competition out of the water. My daughter and I called every company for a quote to take my daughter’s totaled Mazda 3 out of my driveway. Every other company we called either asked us 100 irrelevant questions about the car, were low-key slimey- acting like getting a free tow as part of the process was a “perk” (it’s not, you should get paid, not the other way around), low-balled, asked us what we wanted for the car- instead of making an honest offer, or were just rude. I think Stephen understands there are actually emotions involved. Saying goodbye to your first car isn’t easy. One of the first things Stephen asked when he picked up the car- which had clearly been in a wreck, was if my daughter was okay. Stephen offered us a cash offer with-in answering his 3-5 questions about the car, he was kind, informative and got us on his schedule right away. The process from start to finish maybe took a total of five minutes of effort. He shook my hand. Good guy, highly recommend. He offers just tow services too!
