My husband and I were recently driving through Crosby when we experienced an issue with a belt shredding. We got a replacement at a local auto parts store and went to Kruger’s afterwards. A mechanic named Daniel helped us right away. His attitude was the most positive I think I’ve ever seen in a person! The customer service we experienced was above and beyond. Shout out to Daniel for being a bright light and completely turning our day around. We are so thankful for you! I highly recommend Kruger Auto Repair to anyone in the area!

I'm a customer who tried to use Krueger's to fix myGMC Yukon XL - which was going into "reduced engine power" limp mode. In their defense, they took it right in and tried to fix it for me. They checked several different parts, none of which worked. I don't think they ever test drove the vehicle, because every time I went to pick it up, it was not working. In the end, after two weeks of driving back and forth, picking up, dropping off, arranging rides, etc. (I live over an hour away) - I was told by Shane himself that "I don't know what else to do, but I will make some calls and get back to you." I waited a week and called him back and was told "I'm really busy and I don't have any more time to talk to you." So here I sit... with a vehicle left not working, spent upwards of $600, and left out to dry. Do you think I want to use or recommend Krueger Automotive? Nope....

Shane Kruger is incredibly nice, honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, committed to his craft and talented. Crosby is so lucky to have this family-run business. Excellent, fast service and fair pricing. Going in today for a coolant flush and brake replacement and decided it was about time I left a review. Shane has been servicing our vehicles for years and we're so grateful for him!
