We rented a uhaul from him and were impressed. So he was the first person we called to get a quote for our car. He is a very nice guy and to the point. We just moved to Glencoe and will definitely use and recommend him again. He did a great job and is a pleasant man.

I've used Mr. Christensen's services a few times. He was the receiving agent for U-Haul one-way rental when I moved to the area. He later rented a trailer to me so I could bring a large item home from Menards, and he fixed the wiring on my trailer hookup. He is not a big operation. He is very informal, and this could be mistaken as being curt or rude, but he has been around for many many years, and has not been known to bite a single person. I suppose if I had money to burn, I might try to find someone to do the job and kiss my ... while he was doing it, but probably not.

Horrible customer service. Running my card for extra days on a uhaul trailer without permission. We were going to be late so we called to make sure there wouldn’t be any more charges but they still charged me anyway. Called to talk about it and got hung up on.
