If I could give them ZERO stars I would!! My car was towed out of my apartments lot and when I had called the next day, they wanted $350 for it... Obviously, that is way too high of a price... I GOT MY CAR OUT OF CALIFORNIAS INPOUND LOT WAY CHEAPER AND THATS SAYING SOMETHING!!! I then again tried to call and talk to someone MULTIPLE times on where/what location my vehicle was being held, and they wouldn't tell me witch I thought was very odd and on top of that the man that answered the phone was very rude; 1. You can hardly understand a word he is saying. horrible connection and on top of that a very raspy voice like he's been nonstop yelling at people and harassing them. 2. He was very rude and demanding that I needed a title and 3. He hung up on me (unprofessional) and said he'll call back in 20 minutes. When I was on the phone, I tried to explain to him that I in fact DIDN'T need a title to get my belongings out of the car, that I knew my rights and the statues. That is when he had rudely hung up the call. SO, in order to get my stuff out I needed to get a duplicate Title of my vehicle witch I did and then had called back and said, "I have my title and when can we meet". He THEN finally gave me the location of my vehicle and said he'd be there in about half an hour... Upon waiting at the location once he finally showed up not only was his mannerisms rude and unprofessional he didn't communicate at all to me about how much it would be to get my car out and just folded up my title and started to try and walk away. That is when I had asked why he was taking my title as I wasn't surrendering my vehicle just getting my belongings out of it. He then tried to keep my title as I was asking for it back and said, "then you can't have your stuff, and this isn't how this work" One I NEVER said I was surrendering it and 2 I am absolutely 100% sure that that is illegal!!! As soon as he said he was going to refuse me my belongings (Mind you I am on gov. asst) I demanded my title back, walked away with my friend and called the cops. I did end up getting my stuff, but I NEVER even signed paperwork, nor did I sign over my title to them... NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY STOLEN ITEMS OUT OF MY VEHICLE!!!! My doors to my vehicle were unlocked and items where not where they were supposed to be!! Not only that but how did he know the belt was broken? They didn't have the key to my car! They obviously broke into it!! Shady business, shady people, fake positive reviews from close friends and family members most likely, extremely unprofessional and highly illegal!!!!!!!!!!!! They are being reported to BOTH Attorney Generals AND the BBB!!! and if it really comes down to it sued... They SHOULD NOT be in business. Nothing but lies and stealing people's belongings/vehicles.

I would give - stars for this company. They towed my vehicle from a private lot. Wont tell me where it is to recover it. Saying I have to pay over the phone 1st. That they dont take cash payments. Also insising that I have title, registration & ins sent to them before I come for the vehicle. They refuse to tell me when a live person will be in the office. All the while they are accumulating more fees. This is illegal business practices. Im reporting them to the police & Attny general office. They have eventually stolen my vehicle & refusing to let me get it back. The guy on the phone is the rudest!!!REPORT, REPORT, REPORT!!!!

Very rude when i question how they are towing my vehicle and tell me they tow them all the time this way? Tow manual specifically says all 4 wheels must be off the ground no exception for electronic 4 wheel drive. I wouldn't recommend this company. To the owners comment i expect the professional tow company to know right from wrong, you were coming to pick up a 2014 f150 4x4, tow manual specifically states CAUTION DO NOT TOW ANY VEHICLE WITH ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CASE WITH WHEELS ON THE GROUND ALL WHEELS MUST BE OFF THE GROUND. Just as your rude reply back that I should request a flatbed doesn't make sense, i don't tow vehicle's as a professional so i wouldn't think to tell you how to do your job. Next time i need a professional i will research how to do the job first so i can make sure its done right. Thanks for the suggestion. By the way how do you shift a 2014 f150 transfer case into neutral? Never mind you cant.
