Our car got stuck in the deep ice ruts in our alley. Jerry was there quickly and it probably took him not even 5 minutes to free our car. I thought the price quoted ahead of time was very reasonable under the circumstance. I would absolutely call him again if I needed another tow.

Awesome punctual professionals, came out and jumped my pickup truck within an hour. Help me on my way to work and it was -43* with the wind chill. Guy was super friendly and very upfront about the price right away.

I can’t say enough good things about Jerry’s Towing.. the man himself ( Jerry ) came through to help me in the drop of a dime, and quite literally. My truck had rapidly overheated while driving home this evening, east bound on the I-94 in downtown Minneapolis. By the time I was able to “safely” pull over, the condition of the truck was not drivable. I initially tried to use my roadside assistance ( insurance provided ). After an hour of back and fourth nonsense with AI robots on the phone, and one or two humans that were even worse.. I just hung up and called Jerry’s Towing. To be honest, I’d probably still be sitting on the side of the freeway otherwise..
