Quoted $250/month for storage when paying personally, then switched to $100/day once insurance was involved. Same trailer, same storage — only difference was who was paying. Hard not to feel like trucking companies are being taken advantage of. Would not recommend. THE OWNER RYAN MILLER HIMSELF TOLD ME 200-250 OVER THE PHONE AND THEN CHANGED IT BECAUSE INSURANCE WAS PAYING! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!

Do your research!!! They will actively deny you the right to your stuff, even if you are homeless, receive benefits, including legal aid, EBT, or Medicaid, DESPITE the law stating that: “A vehicle owner who provides to the impound lot operator documentation from a government or nonprofit agency or legal aid office that the owner is homeless, receives relief based on need, or is eligible for legal aid services, has the unencumbered right to retrieve any and all contents without charge.” They outright denied me even after stating that I legally had the right to retrieve my personal belongings. Do yourself a favor and record your phone calls and conversations, you might need that to protect yourself. And no you don't legally need their consent to record.

My truck fuel pump went out on my way home from Street machine nationals, I called state wide and they sent a tow truck out right away, Jesse was the drivers name he was very professional and polite, I rode with him back to the shop where my husband met me. They responded in a timely fashion, did a great job towing my baby back to the shop. I definitely recommend!
