My car wouldn’t start near MInneapolis last week, so I called Friendly Amigos Towing Company and they got to me in about half an hour. It was already getting dark and cold, but the driver was super easygoing and didn’t make the situation feel more stressful than it already was. He gave my Honda Civic a quick jump start first to see if that would do it, then ended up towing it when it wouldn’t hold a charge. The whole roadside help experience felt pretty smooth and straightforward. Solid towing service to have around in Minneapolis when you’re stuck.

Called this place for a 3mile tow and they quoted me $224 and would have to pay then and now over the phone something definitely seems off about this “company”!! Dont trust it

After spending a few hours at Target Field, I came back to a car that absolutely refused to start. Dead battery... because apparently Minneapolis winters aren't done testing me. I called Friendly Amigos Towing Company and help arrived faster than I thought possible. The driver explained everything he was checking and made sure I understood what was going on. He had an emergency tow truck available if the jump-start didn't work, but thankfully that wasn't needed. Before leaving, he waited a couple of minutes to make sure the car kept running normally. Small thing, but it showed he actually cared. I went from feeling stranded and annoyed to genuinely grateful by the end of it.
