I went for 2 new front tires, as a discount tire master tech I know the proper steps to doing this, when only replacing 2 the new ones always get rotated to the rear (fronts new to rear). When my car was finished the manager told me he couldn’t do it because “his lift can’t lift the rear of the car” even though the lifts they have are the same as discount tire and you drive on it and it suspends the whole car in the air and I myself saw my car front and back in the air. Also took forever, dishonest, untrustworthy, lazy work.

I booked an appt a week in advance for all new tires. I called the morning of the appointment to confirm I should drive 40 miles in to get my tires changed and they confirmed. I drove the hour in, waited 30 mins for them to tell me they did not in fact have the tires. I told them I was very displeased and they offered nothing.

Visited Walmart Auto Care with my trio of minivan marauders. It's no grand canyon, but hey, practicality wins. Service speed was more tortoise than hare, but they were thorough. Kid-friendly waiting area was a plus - kept my little daredevils occupied. Prices decent, staff friendly, but room for improvement. Will be back, but not rushing.
