Typical story as it relates to my adult daughter attempting to drive in unfavorable road conditions, as she landed herself wedged in a very snowy ditch! Prior to calling Steve, we contacted a company from New Ulm, horrible service! Luckily, we found Steve! He and his assistant showed up way before the previously estimated ETA, both Steve and his assistant were incredible! Beginning with being polite, getting the car (winched) out of the ditch, and placing safety over immediate payment-they had her get in the car and drive to town, where I was then able to make payment, which was reasonable with the given circumstances. Hands down one of the best out there, 5/5, if needed, will definitely use their service again!

My son locked his keys in his car when he was going into Walmart to work on a Sunday afternoon. We didn't know what to do because the weather was horrible. We took a chance and called TNT for help. They were fast and efficient and even brought the keys into the store and left them at the service desk for my son. They were kind and considerate and took care of the problem effortlessly. Best price and service that I have ever experienced in a long time! Highly recommend this company!!! Thank you so much for your help. You were a life saver today and going out in the horrible weather today to perform this service will never be forgotten! Steve and his son gave us a lift from our motel where we had to spend the night after we went into the ditch in atrocious weather. Got us out of the ditch, got our car jumped/started, and had us on our way in short time, even with a lot of other similar situations happening in the area. Good-natured guys and very glad they were in the area.
