Fantastic experience! Brock went above and beyond! Bless him for driving me and my dog home, an hour away from the tow lot, after I hit a deer very late at night outside of Rochester and couldn’t reach anyone to come get me. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through what I needed to do, helped me clean out my car , removed my wi plates, checked out my dog for injuries. Restored my faith in mankind. I am so thankful!

I slid off the road into a ditch during a snow storm. I called Bill's and assumed I'd be waiting over an hour due to the number of cars off the road. They came within 30 minutes and I was out of the ditch in minutes. Super friendly, fast and reasonable. Definitely would recommend to others.

Brock at Bills Towing / BP Auto saved the day! Driving through MN on a 10.5 hour drive to Sioux Falls, my power steering pressure line decided today was the day. Of course it had to be at 5:30 pm when everyone else was closing, Brock said if I can get it there he try to help…well help he did. This is a 2003 Ford Excursion so IYKYK…got the leak location figured out, found parts about a half hour away and he had one of his drivers swing by and pick it up. They had me back on the road inside 3 hours on a Monday night, Christmas week no less. Needless to say, if me or anyone I know has trouble within an hour of Brock, he’s the guy I’m calling. Thanks again!
