Stuck in rural WI and had to get to the Twin Cities. The roadside assistance call got all screwed up but Mid State worked through it with me. Driver was super nice as well during our 45 minute drive home. Very happy with the service!

While our tow truck driver was very nice, they were 40 minutes late. They lied on the phone and said something broke down and they had to send someone else. But the driver that picked us up gave a different reason for the delay. To top it all of I check my account today and see they overcharged me $50 more than what was quoted even though he had our exact drop off and pick up addresses when we called . Called back to discuss why this happened , and he said "sorry I didn't know it was 30 miles" when he clearly did. Should have read the other reviews first and used Dan's!
