After calling around being met with poor customer service and price gouging I finally found you guys and let me say from start to finish it was great!! The guy who took my call was friendly and gave me an accurate quote, response time was accurate and the whole ordeal was seamless and easy. Thank you for saving our stranded vehicle

City line towing may be great for somebody who has lots of money and actually needs their services. But if you miss a notice from your landlord to move your vehicle and they come tow it so that the parking lot can get plowed you're going to have to pay over $300 just to get your car back and if you don't have said $300 that same day it's another 95 dollars a day for an impound fee! My daughter's car got towed because she didn't see the time because she's a college student working two jobs and rocking it by the way! I called to ask if there was any sort of discount for students or for somebody who doesn't have the money up front and they said they are is no way to get her car out without paying the full price. I hope I never need their services because I'll push my car a hundred miles before I call City line towing! 0 Stars!

My wife's vehicle was towed twice on the same day and the owner was extremely rude. The owner was threatening me with fees that add up daily when I called with concerns that my wife's car has been wrongfully towed as we had already paid for take the vehicle back. Someone accepted a $300 payment and directed her to her vehicle after which this idiot decided to report the vehicle stolen and towed it AGAIN. I then called the owner to inquire about the vehicle and he proceeded to call my wife and me a thief and said "since you want to get technical, let's get technical", and proceeded to list all of the ways in which he would make my process more difficult than it needed to be simply because I requested footage from their security cameras.
