I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change and was able to get in the next day with multiple time options. The gentlemen at the front desk were very professional and friendly. After my appointment I received a text with the breakdown of what the technician looked at and completed. I was really happy they provided pictures of the issues as well.

I’ve had my suv serviced there, I believe 3 times and have. Even very disappointed the last two times, not goood odds. The first time was for a simple oil change, and that went well. The second service was for the sensors in the tires to indicate the psi. All of them went out, and I was given an estimate to have them done. I also scheduled the appointment for an oil change, which I did not need as well as a coupon I received to winterize the vehicle. I did tell them there was warranty information to my glove box. When I got the bill, no warranty was applied. I called my warranty company and they said they never received a call from the repair shop and yes, it was a covered service so it cost me an additional $300 more than it should have. They also did not do the winter rising of the car with a coupon that I had. I had work done Thursday to replace all of the headlights. I made the appointment on Wednesday and got a quote From them. I called my warranty company to ensure this was not covered Because I knew they were not going to call. As I was waiting for my car to be done, they came out and said that the price is going to be nearly $200 more than I was quoted. That is not my problem. I will say that they did honor the price that I was quoted. However, I did tell them when I made the appointment that my car also was lagging when pulling up to a stoplight and they never checked it. I feel like the service is getting subpar.
