Austin was absolutely outstanding. He arrived five minutes early, was extremely professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. I was hooking up to my fifth wheel, and he handled everything with confidence and care. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Not only was the service top notch, but their quote came in $40 cheaper than the other towing companies I called. Great price, even better service. Lost my only keys for my Rav4 . Received new fob keys from Amazon be cut & programmed at Art& Ray's Locksmith. However, I needed vehicle there to do so. My insurance covered the tow there. AJ was a quick response to my home. Asked how he does tow with AWD. He was patient with me & reassured me he has done this many times pulling out the extra wheels to lift the front of car. Watched in amazement how quickly he got it done & over to locksmith so I could have working keys & a vehicle again after none all weekend. Thx Reds Towing!
