The owner is absolutely one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I had a reservation for a van at 2pm on a Saturday through Budget. He called the morning before and told me he would not be here and I had to make it in a 11:30am or wait until Monday. My flight did not arrive until 1pm so I had to change my flight to that day in order to make it work. The van was completely covered in mud on the inside. I would recommend going anywhere BUT here.

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Just wanted to ask a question and the "manager" was aggravated just for that. He was extremely disrespectful from the start, and wouldn't help me at all. If you don't want to be associated with Budget Trucking then maybe, JUST MAYBE, don't allow Budget Trucking to use your business as a point of contact. Common sense goes a long way and this "man" could have used some. Will absolutely never recommend them, and I think the other reviews speak for themselves. There's plenty of great towing companies that have over 4 stars, I'd recommend Red's, or Iron Horse Towing for better customer service.
