Joe repaired my Subaru after Subaru itself couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. He always keeps me informed about what he is doing and makes sure we are on the same page before moving forward. They are also very reasonable with their pricing. Joe is a USMC veteran, so if you want honest work done for a fair price—and you want to support our veterans—this is where you bring your vehicle when it has issues!

JD and Joe are great people. I took my F450 in to get some work done - they did several hours worth of labor to fix my problem but couldn’t do it. They didn’t charge me a dime. They are honest to a fault, and stand behind their word. I highly recommend this shop if ever in West Yellowstone — you will get a fair shake, for sure. BTW, a Veteran Owned Business is NEVER a wrong choice.

Sorry for the belated response Joe's.... This Father/Son business is very good. We were towed from inside YNP on a Saturday afternoon to JD's lot (closed Saturdays and Sundays) and dry camped there until Monday. Crew arrived promptly at 8 AM and were immediately inundated with weekend victims. Joe Sr. Explained that there were 2 customers ahead of the three of us and he took our information. We checked into the Hotel adjacent the shop and waited (patiently? Nah!) They informed us that our starter was shot and it would be replaced by afternoon. As with ANY automotive breakdown, there were more problems unforseen. They called, Explained and showed us all of the bad components. If you're looking to be coddled, just tell the tow driver to take you to Bozeman (which they can't do so you would have to get another truck). Long story...stays long. They got us on the road Wednesday morning due to complications but did it professionally and with decorum. Expense is irrelevant in a one horse town. I definitely recommend JD's to get you on your way. And give Rosie a scratch behind the ears, she's a sweet pooch. VR Mike, Suzy and Lucky.
