The business was not open during posted hours. We arrived on a Thursday at 2:30 PM to find the doors closed. We called both the main operating number and the after-hours number, but only reached voicemail. One of the voicemails even stated they were booked for two weeks. Very frustrating experience, especially since the hours listed suggested they should have been open.

Awesome!!! Amazing!!!! My family and I are traveling through and stopped at Napa for a mirror on a rental rv ...and they were out. There was a guy there that heard the conversation and told me to head to westgate and gave me directions. Saved the day!!!! He didn't have the exact part but he taped one on and sent us on the way.

Dave Martinez at Westgate was a Godsend a few months ago, when my 21-yr old daughter's car was wrecked. Not only did he help me with all of the insurance runaround, he gave me reports on how she was doing emotionally and mentally, since she was over 1400 miles away from home, had lost her job, and was by herself with no one in the area that she knew. The quality work the team at Westgate did making her vehicle look like new was also stellar...over $8K in damages, not just a minor repair.
