New England Executive Auto Group was amazing!!! Bought a Honda CRV from them with only 71k miles on it. Super reliable car for an outstanding price! Brought it home to get one of the directional tires switched around to the appropriate side and Auto Care Plus in South Portland Maine told me that the tie rod was loose and was going to charge me $500 to fix it. This was days after I bought the car and NEEAG told me I could drive it back down to NH and they would replace it and do an alignment at no cost. Super helpful company!!! Turned out the tie rod didn’t even need to be replaced. Everyone make sure u get more than just one set of eyes on an issue with your vehicles!

Just an update. A year later and I'm still happy with my purchase! Thanks again Tony and Brenda!!!! Tony and Brenda were personable and up front about everything! I am beyond happy with my purchase of a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium. I was dreading looking for a new vehicle but they made the process so easy. The vehicle was sold as is but for low money I have a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. Everything was up front and they showed me everything they were doing on the computer so there were no surprises. They made us feel so comfortable like you were family. Professional but also personable. A lot of people giving 1 star are things I would anticipate happening when buying as is. Brenda was great to work with and was proffessional through the whole process. I read everything before signing, she answered any questions and she also made me laugh. Great personality. Tony isn't a fast talking salesman either. Thank you both. I have already recommended you to a friend and would definitely be a repeat customer.
