Poor customer service, dishonest. I ordered expensive headlight replacement bulbs $150 / set. Counterperson Erica taking the order was very helpful and knowledgeable. Next day (she was not there) when I cam to pick up the bulbs, they were in an obviously opened and banged up box. Clearly they had either been used, returned, previously exchanged, or something else. No apology, no we can reorder, guarantee / give you a discount. Just give him his money to get him to leave. Dishonest (they knew this when they put the box out for me to pickup, and rude. Will never go back.
