THE BEST! Been using them for years for all our cars. I won’t take my Maserati anywhere else. They are fairly priced and so kind! I had a medical emergency one time and could not pick up my car. They drove it home for me. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my Mercedes S550 to replace all four tires. I supplied my own brand-new tires and made it very clear to the staff that I wanted to keep my existing tires because they were worth $475 each. I specifically told the guy not to throw them out. When I came back to pick up my car, they suddenly told me that a “garbage truck took the tires.” That makes absolutely no sense. Then the employee started blaming me, claiming that I called and said I didn’t want the tires — which is completely false. We never had any phone conversation about that. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to lie and shift the blame onto me. I ended up having to call the police because they refused to handle the situation properly. Very unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. I would never trust this place with my vehicle again. Be careful bringing your car here — especially if you care about your property. ??????

Edited 11.20.2025 I originally went to Park Ridge Discount Tire and Auto Center after getting a nail in my tire. I tried fixing it with a plug, but it did not hold. I ordered two new tires from Amazon and had them shipped to my house. When I called Park Ridge Tire, they immediately gave me a very fair quote of $85.00 to mount, balance, and install the new tires, and rotate them to the front. When I arrived, they took my car in right away and had everything completed within two hours. The service was quick, friendly, and problem free. A few days later I noticed a high speed shimmer and brought the car back. They took me in first thing in the morning and had the car ready that afternoon. The issue was completely resolved, and they did not charge me anything for the recheck or correction. These guys are fantastic and truly stand by their work. I would highly recommend Park Ridge Discount Tire and Auto Center to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional service.
