Unreliable and unprofessional. Driver never showed up and wasted my entire day, which happens to be my wife’s bday. After waiting 6 hours they cancelled my truck unprompted. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely shockingly bad service. If I could give zero stars I would. Assigned to me at 3.15pm, every hour they called me to say they would be another hour until at 9pm they just gave up and dropped the job. Do.not.use.

My dad and I arrived at the tow lot and nobody was there. We called to let them know we were here and they sent us to cvs to go get the cash which was a 10 minute walk there and back. They informed us they will be there when we come back. We came back less than 10 minutes and they told us we now have to wait 40 minutes because the guy went on another call.
