I give this shop the worst review known to man! Was referred to this "at first glance, cute little mom and pop shop" by my cousin. In a few words my experience has become a nightmare. Took my gas burner f150 in for preventive maintenance and it came out sounding c15 catapillar engine. Was given a quote for said maintenance and was told it would take 2 days maximum, wound up being a month!! Called every 3 days and no one could ever give me a solid answer on anything until the work was supposedly done and the owner wanted to get paid. She went on to tell me how her husband died and she couldn't control her mechanics and that they quit on her once my truck was finished. She went on to tell me all the listed items on the invoice and not only was the quoted price drastically inflated, but she was charging me for parts that I provided to them. After going back and forth a while I go and pick up my truck cause at this point i just wanted to be through with them. Truck is making all sorts of clanking noises so i call back to inform them. I was told by the mechanic that it wasnt his problem . I've tried calling the owner and now she refuses to answer phone. $2300 later. This place is a RIP-OFF avoid this place like the PLAGUE!!!! Am now forced to go to the dealership to get fixed.

I wouldn't have these guys put air in my tires. Called all week to get an appointment set for my truck. They told me all week they could get it in that Friday. I had to order the parts and have them shipped ( 2nd day air) so u could have them in time for Friday. Dropped my truck off with Luke on Thursday night, left the parts with him. I had to keep calling Jeb and texting him to figure out what was going on, well they'd lost the parts I given Luke. He wasn't going to tell me, I had to keep calling and texting. Pretty upset with these guys. They never offered to reimburse me for the part they lost or help with the Bill. Just said "have a nice day". Now I have to wait a week to get another part shipped in and just do it myself, which is what I should have done in the first place.
