Saved my butt! 8pm on a Tuesday, had a part dragging under my car that I couldn't reach, turned off the highway and prayed that some garage would be open. Bill's saw me right away, fixed it quick for such a reasonable price. I even hung out for a while to hear about the business, meet the garage dog/mascot, and see the incredible fleet of custom tow trucks. Turned a stressful night into a great memory.

After 6 PM on Thanksgiving evening, on I70 just west of Old Washington, OH we had a flat tire and had to pull off. A family member called Bill’s Towing & Auto Body to see if they had my tire size. They did. By 8:30 PM we were on our way home with 2 new tires. No hassle, no extra holiday charge, no long waiting, just great service that kept me moving back home. Thanks to all the guys at Bill’s especially Jerry Dale!! You guys were awesome!!
