The owner of AJAX Towing was condescending, unhelpful, and unprofessional acted as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason he has a business. My brother’s experience was a nightmare unnecessary delays, unfair added fees, and no willingness to help, intentionally delaying the process and adding extra fees just to release your vehicle. Towing is already stressful, and this company made it much worse. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional towing company, I strongly suggest passing this place up. 0/10 experience.

The owner is willing to help with vehicles that won't start after sitting. Super helpful and kept my friends bike. He comes off as a butthead but he's super sweet once you get know him. I guess it's nature of the business. Thank you so much for letting my friend get his bike.
