I went off the road on a back road due to the I90 was shut down due to accidents. I had to stop on a hill because of a stuck car in the middle of the road and slid back 15 plus feet into a ditch with my truck and a 40ft car trailer with a vehicle on the trailer. Thought I was going to be waiting for hours for a winch out because of the weather. We'll I was wrong! Emerine's was there in about 30 minutes. My total time from stuck to back on the road was 1 hour!!! They were extremely fast and friendly, from the dispatcher to the tow truck operator. 100% top notch professional service!! They saved my butt. I can not thank them enough.

Sorry to be sexist against my own sex but why is a woman out handling your AAA calls?? Unsuccessfully. Maybe put Katie behind the desk or something?? Not to mention it’s late night, if we are considering her safety. I told her my inside light was on all day and I have never had a single problem cranking the vehicle…. Not one time. I am not a mechanic but given those two pieces of information, wouldn’t common sense tell any experienced driver that the battery is dead and the starter would’ve shown a least one symptom at some point??? She tried jumping it for a few minutes then told me “it’s not going to work cuz it’s your starter, have a good night”.. so I paid a street mechanic to come out and he jumped my battery right away. Said the noise we heard was proof that the starter is engaging which is the exact opposite of what she said. She pointed the noise out like it wasn’t already obviously the only thing I could hear when trying to start the vehicle.. and she said “see?” and said the noise meant the starter wasn’t working. If you pay triple A monthly you shouldn’t have to pay for services like putting a spare on, jumping a battery or full price tows… it defeats the purpose of paying for it monthly. Two stars cuz over the years I’ve only had one other bad experience with AAA so I guess it just depends on the technician you get. But a woman is crazy sorry not sorry.

Just bought 4 new tires but ended up with a flat tire down to rim in Ashtabula. AAA sent EMERINE’S Auto and Towing to my rescue. Jason was informative, polite, friendly, and fast. Just phenomenal! I had run over a long screw. Couple of years ago my battery died in Geneva. EMERINE’S came quickly in 2’ of snow and replaced battery. Both times were in VERY COLD weather and their service will always be appreciated.
