It was late after a long day of work and travel. My car was almost out of battery. I set my gps to the next charging station, I had a work call come in, and I wasn’t paying attention to the map, the next thing I knew, my car died. I called Ronks. They quoted me a fair price for a 12 mile tow. They were also able to gain access to my completely dead and LOCKED Tesla, to get the doors and my charger port open. As embarrassed as I am to publicly post this, it’s only fair to share what a great experience I had. They were on scene fast, they were beyond professional, and they didn’t just leave me at the charging station to let me try and “figure it out from there”. I only wish I got the names of the 2 guys who showed up so I can publicly thank them as well. This happened on a 10 degree evening. The term “above and beyond” doesn’t do justice. They not only cared about my safety, getting my car towed safely, they also cared about getting me back on the road. Thanks to Ronks, I made it home safely, and quickly, to my family. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Again, thank you for the amazing service.

Our trike bike battery died when we were about to leave Target. We called two towing truck companies. The first one had a price too high for a battery jump, and the second had no driver available. We called Ronks Towing, and Jerry arrived in just 15 minutes. He jumped our battery and got us started again. Thank you, Jerry. Highly recommend

Jerry, what can I say except thank you for getting our car out of the mud with such impressive knowledge! He made a stressful situation easier to handle with his professionalism and “I got this” approach! We had given up hope it could be pulled out, but Jerry did it!!! Not only did he do it but he did it with no complaints! Thank you!!
