If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would first and foremost want to share my story. Around Christmas time, they repossessed my vehicle without my knowledge. When I discovered it, I contacted them and went to pick up my personal belongings. However, that’s where the problem began. I waited for an hour, but they couldn’t locate my property. They promised to contact me later that day, but I didn’t receive a phone call. I called them the next morning, and they informed me that they were going through every bin and trying to find my property. It’s been three and a half weeks, and they still haven’t found it. I spoke to the owner, who I believe is George or Jared. He told me to provide an estimate of my property’s value. When I gave him the numbers, he said that based on the condition of the items, he didn’t think they were worth much. I replied that I had made a police report with proof and receipts for the items. He then offered me a couple of hundred dollars and said he would go through all the bins again every day. (My property estimate was a few thousand so a couple hundred is an insult at this point ) They promised to call me back, but they never did. When I called, they put me on hold and then sent me to voicemail. I wanted to reach an agreement, so I contacted the police and a lawyer. I’m frustrated because I love the hour and a half drive there, and I would never have driven there for just a long chair in a bag. I had valuable items in there, including designer glasses, prescription glasses, Christmas gifts, car accessories, and dash cams, which added up in value. He also mentioned that the driver went to the hospital that day, so there might have been an accident. However, they’re not coming up with a resolution for me and keep giving me the runaround. They don’t hold their word and don’t call you back. I’ve made several calls to them, and I’ve only received one call from a girl named Vikki. I’m beyond pissed. It’s not just about the items; it’s more about the sentimental things that I lost because my sister passed away a month prior.

I had a difficult situation due to being behind on my car payment, and while the circumstances were on me, I can’t say enough good things about how this company handled everything. From the initial pickup to the process of getting my vehicle back, they were respectful, calm, and extremely professional. The agent treated me with dignity during a stressful moment and allowed me the opportunity to retrieve my personal belongings before I was able to come up with the funds. Communication was clear, and there was no unnecessary attitude or pressure — just professionalism from start to finish. I’m genuinely grateful for how this was handled. Even in tough situations, it makes a huge difference to be treated like a human being, and that’s exactly what I experienced. Thank you for doing your job with integrity and respect.

Front desk representative was VERY rude. The employees all contradicted themselves. One person said they take inventory of vehicle another said they don’t go inside the vehicles. I asked about a paper so my son could get his things outta MY car and she said they don’t do that. Bitched about me coming in when I am sick but would NOT release anything WITHOUT me being there! She wanted me to come BACK in after bitching about me coming in in the first place! I have cancer and I shouldn’t have to keep jumping hoops! I don’t know why they don’t take credit cards when it’s 2025!
