Our entire experience with this company has been awful. Rudest people I’ve ever worked with when it has come to towing. Called them out Saturday and they refused to take our triple A, then refused to tow our vehicle to St.Clairsville because “we’re busy” so they charged me extra for towing it to their yard, charged me for storage because they were closed on Saturday/Sunday. Had to call over 3 times Monday to even get a total and was treated rudely over the phone AND in their office. $477 and was treated rudely and quite frankly I think charged unfairly. I would never use this company again.

Do not use this service! This is the worst towing company out there. They make a living out of ripping off people honest people who really work for a living I only gave them a one-star because I had to please do yourself a favor do not use this company if you value your vehicle for your money

Nice drivers. After an accident or tow, you are usually not in the best of moods. The people here, from an out of town traveler, were helpful in finding a place to stay the night and accommodating by meeting up at the lot and allowing us to collect belongings before insurer picked up the wreckage. We appreciate the kindness and patience shown. Thank you and keep up the great service. A+
