We had to get a tow on Valentines day night at like around 10pm. We called another place and they hung up on us twice. So we called this one. The lady on the phone was so nice to us. The driver Chris arrived shortly after we called she got us hooked up and loaded fast. She was very respectful and awesome to talk to highly recommended them. The price was more then fair!!! I'd use them again for sure!

I'm trying to understand these reviews because how is this Almost a five-star business but the service of getting a tow to you in a timely fashion is horrendous. I called them, nobody answered. I then went on their website. I waited an hour then called them. They picked up and said it would be another hour to hour and 15 minutes. I have now been waiting another hour and a half to 2 hours. They do not call you and tell you anything. Then I'm right up the street and they want to charge me $100 to tow a vehicle to a shop thats 5 minutes away and Thier company is only 8min away from me....that's wild. Then she Shows up and says she can't take the car because it's in a parking spot and will get stuck.....

Called from my insurance, never showed up canceled my service. I called back and asked why, they said they didn’t see me, I explained and gave clear directions where I was, right on a freeway ramp. They needed to come up the ramp to see me. Said he would be there. Called 20 minutes “still coming to you.” I got a ride a few hours later my car was still sitting there. I called back “oh I didn’t see you and you Weren’t with the vehicle.” (We had discussed my keys were left in the vehicle) “Oh well let me drop this car off and I’ll be on my way.” Another few hours pass and nothing. Just lies and more lies. Highly disappointed.
