For a bad situation, the folks at H & K towing (Karri’s Towing) were decent about it and made a bad day better. They were firm on policy and procedure, but not so firm that it made my day harder, all I had was 300 on a credit card, it would’ve been over, and they did a slight discount to get me under the wire. Never fun getting a car out of impound, but these are good people and they deserve a good review

Jim was a super nice guy ! My husband got stuck on the side of the highway, and when Jim arrived he quickly got the car hooked up, even hooked up the battery so it could charge enough to get the car off the truck, ( our alternator went out so the battery kept dying ). He was a pleasure to be around, told us how he knows the lady who used to live in our house, told us about golf balls we have found in the yard. It was great to chat with him. And he referred us to someone to rebuild the alternator, rather than spend an arm and a leg to purchase a new one. Highly recommend Jim with H&K towing!
