the tow person came quickly, was nice, and tried to jump the car which did not work. I do not know if they knew how to test for a dead cell battery.whuch will not take a jump. So they told me it could be the alternator or starter, and towed it to a repair shop. If you use this towing company, do NOT let them take you to marietta motors, who will hold your car for 6 days and then charge you triple price for what they call the best battery. Owner Travis ( Don't know if he owns westfall towing or marriettta motors?) Likes to scream and swear if you question his prices.

I cant recommend them if you are paying.out of pocket or in a vulnerable situation. They are quick and efficient when insurance is paying, but charge nearly double without. A local high school kid ran into a ditch and made the mistake of calling Westfall. They happily came out to pull him out, but when he couldn't pay $160 on the spot they towed it to their lot to wait until he could. The lot was closed the next two days but they still added storage fees. How much per hour? Per day? I'd love to tell you but I can't. When a local non-profit went to pay the bill Westfall refused to provide *any* receipt for the $500 charge they required to release the car. Better options: Shea or pine tree

Was working out of town. Our liftgate stopped working. Was sent here and the guys stopped everything to help get it back to 100%. Recommend this business to anyone. Great group of guys.
