They were fantastic. I live out of state and was down here for work training. I was supposed to leave the following morning and had a five hour drive ahead of me. my car started making a very loud and concerning noise the day before I was leaving while doing some shopping. I pulled off the highway and searched for 24 hour tows. Called and explained what happened and asked for a tow, they were here in about 20 minutes. Let me know immediately it was just the flex pipes and they could have it ready by noon the following day. It was ready by 10:30 and they even replaced both flex pipes. I am really grateful they were able to help me so quickly and it was about half the price I was expecting it to be!

It is a sunday. And my battery light came on. I went to auto zone and they said I need a new alternator. I started calling places and they either weren't open or couldnt help me till tomorrow. Yet when I called mooneys they were so nice and helpful. I talked to the father and he made .e feel like his daughter. Said come to the shop and we'll figure it out. When I got there (9mins away) his son was there. He looked and tested it and said the alternator is acting fine. (later we determined its a loose connection) but he looked checked and sent us on our way free. Wouldn't even take a tip. He was so nice. I am sad I dont live in the area. I hope everyone comes here.

I have used Mooney’s twice now and both times they were very responsive and took care of me right away. They made the entire process easy. They even went out of their way to go to a different location to get the keys before going to get the vehicle. I would highly recommend Mooney‘s!
