This business is trash when calling in, their call system shoves you to a random person that's not even available 90% of the time and just shove you to a hold when they have 40 plus other employees willing to take a call. Once they finally pick up, its a game to get you off the phone asap aka they don't listen to the colors, interior trim packages just "yeah man i got one here, have it to you in a day or two" then when it shows its NEVER right. Do yourself a favor and order from a local company like Buckeye Auto in Columbus. This company clearly doesn't care, just care about selling and not customer service.

No communication, doesn’t pick parts in time. Doesn’t let you inside the building when you pick up the parts so you just sit outside like a wet dog they don’t want in the house, all the while not even giving their customers a bench too sit on. The worst customer experience I’ve ever had at any shop or store by far.

The delivery driver, Christopher, was completely rude to me. After I notified him that the paint products went to our paint shop, not the shop he was currently at, he said “don’t you have a forklift?” I tried to get him to drop it at the paint shop again, and he gave me more attitude “I picked it, wrapped it, and delivered it, you can take it on the forklift”, against our request, he dropped it, said a few curse words to me, and drove the truck like a bat out of hell out of here. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, and if he doesn’t like his job, maybe he shouldn’t be there.
