I went in for new wiper blades almost a week ago. We had a snow storm coming and I needed new blades. I bought 2 front and one rear. Front… no problem. Rear the kid working could not get it . After another attempt he broke the whole wiper arm in half. He said they would order a replacement. I went in to get my money back because obviously I no longer needed the rear at that time. The woman working, I assume is the manager, who has no business not only being a manager but also being in customer service waited on me. She acted like it was my fault and I was bothering her.I waited 3 days and called. They said it was on back orders… could have called and told me. Needless to say the snow storm has come and gone and I had to drive with NO REAR WIPER. I understand accidents happen. But management should have better customer service skills. I will never shop there again.

Price of everything goes up. Staff is annoying always asking if I need help. I'll get u when I do.

You need to hire someone who knows what there are doing, the woman there definitely know what they are doing, the guys omg, really wow! Idk how these guys are still working there ? never again. Asked to did a test to see what the miss in my motor was , the guys said it was bad had from smith oil, turns out it was a coil pack, get educated man ?
