Thanks again so much K Sorry, I didn’t want to spell your name wrong. I had a rental electric car that he came out to tow to Gen Ganley so I could get back home to Cleveland and he dropped me off at one of the electric stations and I’m sitting in the car. This is my first time ever charging the car so I didn’t know what I’m looking for. I didn’t know what I was doing. Come to find out the electric station wasn’t working and he came out and moved me again…. And the car is finally charging thank God… thanks buddy. You’re the best.

I would give this company 500 stars if it would let me. We had an unexpected medical emergency that ended up with our son life flighted 2 hours from home. On our way back to the hospital I got a flat tire and found myself with no lug nut key due to a dealership tech forgetting to put it back in my truck after a tire rotation. They towed me for free to the nearest plaza and wished us well with our son. Shane Rice - Hartzell ended up being our guardian angel along side the turnpike. We can’t put into words what this meant to us when we’re going through a very serious medical event. If there were more companies that cared about people like this one the world would be a better place for sure. Shane, thank you again Brother you were a godsend for us.

Tow drivers themselves are okay but the customer service at this company is horrendous, rude, and incompetent. Would not recommend this company but a drunk driver (Nathan/Nate Berry) hit my relative head on in Norwalk and they're who automatically collected the vehicles
