This is our 2nd encounter with Winbigler Auto/Trailer repair and it again was a great encounter! The first time, we took our Subaru in for an alignment, which they completed without issue. They noted there was a tear in the boot for one of the axels and suggested that we get the issue taken care of within the next 3-4 months (before winter). They also explained why it needed to be corrected and "sealed!" No pushing, no "the sky is falling" travesty if you don't, just a very simple "you need to address it sometime in the near future." We came from Seattle.... so this type of communications with the repairs guys was refreshingly rare and as it proved out... they were right on the money! Our recent encounter was servicing the axles on our Lamar Dump Trailer. I dropped it off without any issues and when I picked it up, John proceeded to show me how to maintain the axles on my own... which is an obvious cost savings and 7 star customer care! Add on top of it, I received a call from Eric, the owner, who again went over how to lube the axles, what to look for, etc. And the topper.... you can't beat the price! Beyond reasonable, for sure. The end point is this - our opinion is these guys are the real deal and are not in business to make a quick buck. But they are in the business of building a lasting customer/business relationship, while providing a solid service at a very reasonable price! I'm feeling pretty lucky that we have found our "car/truck/trailer guys" close to home in Butler. Definitely pleased and will be back again.

They are great people, who do amazing work and I recommend them to all of you who need vehicle repairs. Their pricing is fair, and they've worked on both of m vehicles now. Also, they have tow service so if your vehicle is broke down they can pick it up!! Reliable & quick service!

Amazing place, what a find at a truly remarkable time to stumble upon this shop and its people. My fiance was taking a road trip to IL from NY. Before she arrived at her Airbnb, she unfortunately struck a deer and had to drive her car to her destination not knowing the extent of her damage. She called Winbigler the next morning and was instantly given the solace that they were going to do anything they could to get her back on the road again. Without any hesitation, a few of the mechanics surveyed her car and were able to at least help her enough to get her back on the road. Her door was jammed shut, they were able to jimmy it open. Her fender had some dings in it, and some parts were hanging on by a thread, and they removed them. No hesitation, no questions asked, they just extended their generosity and were able to help her out in a pinch. Couldn't be more grateful for their kindness and expertise.
