Winter is the best time for JAM to take advantage of customers. Times are hard out here and usually what makes a great company is having honesty, integrity, and being caring toward their customers. They lacked all of the above. Not sure how this place is managed but I don’t understand their pricing. I want to start off with saying I am very fortunate that I am safe and am out of the snow so thank you all for that. I work part time as a registered behavior tech and go to school full time and working to make a better life with a family of 4. I explained over the phone that all I had to my name (with proof) was 139 dollars in my bank account for the next 2 weeks. I asked how much it would cost and he said $125 to $135 and I asked “just to pull me out the snow?” I didn’t need a full tow I just to be pulled out that was it. He arrived in 40min and hooked 2 hooks on the front end and the machine pulled me out (less than 8 minutes) and he took all the money I had. He did no labor work to get me out. I feel like I was robbed. You all just think about it next time you all call for them and think “is this really worth it?” I know that we don’t think about it because we are so relieved to be out of the mess but profit shouldn’t always be the case. That’s just me so I give this place 1 star.

I was riding to my home, almost 1 am and the alternator was faulty, that caused the battery going out. I called to 2 towing services and didn’t took the call. I was near to my home when this happened. He traveled 45 minutes to the place I was stranded. The price is reasonable and he did an excellent job. This is the second time I used the service.
