Showed up to take in cans and 5 minutes before closing everything was already closed up and a guy walked out I asked if they was closed he said yes we reopen Monday morning I said it's not even 430 not even 428 and said said we reopen Monday morning and got in his truck.

They quit doing saturdays i work 7am to 4pm monday-friday in payne wouldnt have enough time to make it from paulding to their yard in defiance sucks was super convientent people were nice ?

I haven't sold anything to this company, so I can't say anything about customer service. But I called them to get aluminum price and was offered half of what I could get elsewhere. To anyone reading this, shop around before choosing this place to sell your scrap.
