I almost hit an electrical pole so I was pretty shaken up. Called for them to come get my car out obviously still shaken. John the owner was extremely rude to me on the phone to the point where I started crying. Used a condescending voice. Then the guy coming to pick me up was also rude. I understand being busy in bad snowy weather but it’s no excuse for this extreme type of rude. The guy pulling me out said something about me not hitting the pull and I had said something about thankfully I had some some defensive driving skills and he had said “well if you had those you wouldn’t be in the ditch.” Seriously? The only good part was the timing. They didn’t take long to get to me. If I could zero stars I would. I do not recommend.
