I want to express my sincere appreciation for NAS, your serviceman. He demonstrated commendable dedication by braving the cold and snow to help my daughter move the truck. When the vehicle initially failed to start, he went above and beyond, taking the time to clear it of snow. He also assisted in removing the surrounding snow to facilitate the vehicle's removal. NAS showed remarkable patience, remaining committed until the truck was successfully loaded onto the flatbed, despite enduring a snowstorm. His kindness and perseverance are truly valued, especially considering the low temperature of approximately 25 degrees. He worked tirelessly until the truck was securely transported. Thank you, Nas.

Excellent service and customer experience from operator Ferman on 8/6/2025. (Apologies if I have his name wrong) Dasher car got stuck in my driveway and another tow company came , with a flat bed and said he couldn’t move the car, but Ferman came assessed the situation and was able to tow the vehicle within about 15 minutes! The ability to think outside the box, to get the job done, while keeping the owner of the vehicle informed every step of the way made an excellent customer experience, especially when the other tow company driver actions showed he didn’t want to do it and he didn’t! Thank you

Their employee named Christopher ripped my door handle off. I freshly cleaned my car and he left marks and dirt everywhere. Called him later to ask about what happened and he cussed me out. **DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY**
