I had a very unpleasant experience that I am still dealing with that has not been resolved. I purchased pedals in January off of Ebay and the wrong pedals where sent, I was told it was my fault. Its funny how I was told this when I ordered KTM pedals but received another brand which I dont own. After a month of fighting and Ebay threatening them to get the return handled I finally received a return label. I shipped the pedals back unused and trusted that my money would be returned, I still have not received a refund. This company has the worst customer service, ATV unlimited will not return voicemails or emails. I have been on them since Feb. I would not recommend them at all. I would be very concerned about doing any type of business with them. They still have my money and I promise you we are coming for it.

Worst customer service ever! They don’t even have the decency to message back about a warranty claim about a stereo system that’s 2 months old. I’ve reached out several times with zero response. $1300 mistake buying from these crooks

Purchased parts from ATV Unlimited Centerburg, OH. Parts will not work with my machines, spoke directly with the manufacturer and was told to return for a full refund,no problem. Also spoke with supplier that ATV Unlimited purchased these parts from,same answer, return them to ATV Unlimited and they will send a full refund. Common problem, after two moths of calling a non working phone number, countless emails. NO RESPONSE from ATV Unlimited! Avoid this business because they will not do anything but take your money!
