I bought a used truck and wanted some maintenance work done and the truck looked over. Great American did a great job at finding the most affordable options for the parts I needed and turned the truck around in less time than quoted, saving me even more. On top of that, I was able to support a small business owned by someone (Sam) that truly cares about the community. I look forward to continuing to take my vehicles to Great American Complete Auto.

On our trip to Kentucky we broke down 3.5 hours from home. It was about 5:30pm and all of the local shops were closing within 30 minutes. Except for Great American Complete Auto. They didn't close until 8PM giving us time to find a tow to them and the part we needed. Sam-the owner and his crew not only found our part, went to pick it up, and stayed after closing to make sure we got back on the road to make our plans in Kentucky. But they were more than fair on the price and even let us know where we could grab a bite to eat while we waited- we were stuck for almost 2.5 hours before our tow came. They fixed what was wrong and checked to make sure there was no further issues before we were on our way again. I truly felt so welcomed by them it felt like we were among family. Thank you again and again Sam for the kindness you showed us in a terrible situation. we are happy to have made it for our plans and were even more grateful that we made it home safe to our kids! I HIGHLY recommend this shop if your in the area.

One of the best auto shops I’ve ever been to. The owner Sam was very kind and explained the process of the work i needed done. It was very affordable and done in a timely manner. Sam is a respectable young man and is trustworthy. I would recommend him for any automotive needs.
