I have a high-end Benz that died in the garage while traveling for an extended period of time. When this happens, the S580 goes into a “sleep mode” that for whatever reason lowers the car to where the body (the wheel wells) sit on top of the tires. The Mercedes guys came out, jumped the car, drove it out of the garage while forcing the turning of the tires while they ground against the body. It could not have been more obvious that the car was not good to drive. Because we couldn’t get it to rise, I called Soras. TJ was great in trying some back door efforts to make the car rise, but without success. He then sent out Nate and Scott and they were unbelievable! Total white-glove treatment in maneuvering this car onto the bed. I recently had a tow truck really mess up another one, so badly that the dealer in FL realigned the car and replaced all four tires at no-charge. With that experience I was super skeptical about any tow service. These guys were truly amazing! I just wish the Benz guys were trained as well!!! Use Soras, period.

We had broken down and Jeff was able to get my fiance's car to his buddy's shop, it was a pain because the way the car broke down but he took his time used sleds really made it a point to not damage it further please keep Jeff flush with cash that dudes incredible. Special things to Tyler for coming out both boys were incredible.

Jeff and Tyler were excellent Jeffrey went out of his way to make sure it was nice and slow methodical had a control arm broke and we got there no problem, couldn't have done it without your business or excellent workers please take care of them both.
