Follow up cuz I can respond to the response. You guys didn't have to have attitude at me all I did was apologize. And no it's not the stretch of the truth no it was my fault kind of but no need to have attitude which you guys can't say you didn't. Honestly I appreciate what you guys do but damn. I didn't need that. You guys got snappy at me I didn't get snappy at you. So a tow truck was called at around 6:10 am and I didn't come to your office till about 8 right? Thats 2 hours. I was in your office for about a hour. 8-9 I was in your office Edit: didn't know you could edit the review after response. How am I supposed to respond to your response? Update: The business responded by saying they 'hope I don't need help in the future,' which perfectly sums up their lack of customer service." ?? Btw wasn't talking about calling you guys? When did I even bring that up? You are just being passive aggressive which explains my review lol. You were saying I'm lieing which is not true. "Stretching the truth"

I don't know if I should rate this a 1 or a 2. I mean I was stuck downtown Clyde my car broke down and the first thing he said to me was "are you disabled" ? I mean you could have worded that better. If it was said to the wrong person that could be bad. But me I just laughed it off. It was the skinny guy with the beard and he drove off on me and didn't even say anything to me. He had a call for a lady who ran past a stop light but didn't say anything and drove off of me without saying anything when I still needed towed. He could have just put my car on the tow but he drove off and didn't see him like almost a hour later. He could have communicated with me. Which is kinda rude NGL but I didn't take it personally and when I was in the office they got kinda snappy and was like "you could have communicated with us" in a rude tone. When I thought you guys were gonna take me to work. So I mean I don't know what was your issue but I'm sorry guys. Okay. I'm sorry. At least you guys did your jobs but the customer service was terrible and the towing took forever. Like 2 hours. Just was disappointed on the customer service part.
