BUYER BEWARE! I've Never had a problem with any parts that I've bought there until now. I got a bumper, took it to The Body Shop and it was broken and they wouldn't take it back. It would have been nice if he told me to check it before I left. I have brought many bumpers on Amazon and eBay, and they come folded, and never have had damage. And they should let you check the box that says received in good condition or items damaged at purchase So there isn't an a issue or a problem and so that you know you are taking responsibility and so you know to check it. I found out that the person that checked me out Is actually the manager, Matt. he checked the recieved in good condition box for me, he did not tell me to check my parts, He also did not check my ID to match my credit card like they normally do. He was rushing to get out of there. It was only about 2 minutes before closing time. Customer Service not good at all. JUST CHECK YOUR PARTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They are not going to tell you to check your parts and they are going to check the box on the reciept themselves next to your signature, stating that you received the parts in good condition! I wonder how many people they do this too??? BUYER BEWARE

Had a disagreement with the manager so I gave a1 star review. Since then we have resolved the issue with the management and they were helpful great place for new auto body panels
