Triple A sent me a tow from them, that was the best driver I ever seen tow my WRX. Arrived within 5 minutes of request, quicker than an uber. I’m very particular about who tows it. I wish I would have gotten the drivers name, ill most definitely be using them again for future tows, I seen a lot of guys tow my Rex and never seen one so confident in it and quick with it, at the same time doing it with ease. I then received a text from my mechanic telling me he checked the camera and he placed the vehicle perfectly. Pickup and drop off were perfection, hands down the best driver thats towed my Rex thus far. Thank you.

Totaled vehicle was towed here. Went to get things out. Was told I needed title first. Had to get key for safety deposit box to get title. Wouldn't let me look in car for key and clown said it wasn't in the car. After getting a duplicate title I showed him how the keys were in the car. Hope their sight gets better some day.

Lady who answers the phone has ZERO empathy and is rude. Waited over an hour for a tow truck after being told it’d take 15-20 minutes after already waiting 30 minutes. Called her back to see if an ETA was possible and she told me another 10 minutes and had an attitude the whole time. Im not sure how she was hired or has a job at this place still since Ive seen other reviews complaining about phone etiquette too. Not impressed and glad I called a different tow company. Not hard to be compassionate and have empathy for people who are stranded on the side of the road and stressed out already. Id like to say I had NO attitude with her what so ever and stayed very respectful the whole phone call.
