Great experience! Had to have my radiator replaced. Harlan Auto offered a little lower price than the dealership with a much better warranty. Dealership was giving a 2 year warranty but Harlan offered a forever warranty. The fact that they offered a courtesy vehicle for me to take to work the next morning while they replaced the radiator was EVERYTHING. Dealership wouldn’t give a loaner vehicle. More places should understand that people can’t afford to miss work while their vehicle is getting fixed. Also liked that I wasn’t talked down to because I’m female which happens frequently at the dealership. Shook my hand, looked me in the eyes, and thanked me for my business. And when I picked up my vehicle the next day there was a “thank you” cookie sitting on my dash. Very nice touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to take my vehicle there in the future.

Vehicles will fail - it is a matter of time. Harlan Auto has worked through a problem that we were experiencing on our son’s car. Being an older car, fixes can be challenging. We only needed a safe car through his college days for 2 years. Harlan worked WITH us and we were able to come up with a good and safe solution. I would rather invest the money saved for my son for his next steps in life than put it into a car that he would only be shortly selling. Way to go Harlan Auto. Finally, a place where they strive for customer satisfaction.

These guys are the best of the best. Very friendly and very great explaining what needs done., including the price it's going to be . They have courtesy pick up and drop off and the drivers treat you like they know you. They do there repairs on a very reasonable time. I would recommend Harlan for repairs for anybody. I give them a 5 star A very happy customer.
